Synopsis
Randy Credico, a stand-up comic turned activist, initiates a street movement to repeal the Rockefeller Drug Law. His efforts prompt the release of seven inmates. He travels to Tulia, Texas inducing a media storm against a private investigator that arrested forty-three African Americans on erroneous drug charges.
